How does a business access Beachheads?
A Beachheads programme involves two phases: discovery and delivery.
The discovery phase: how a business enters the programme
The Discovery phase: how a business enters the programme
This is a five step process designed to understand the business, its plan, resourcing and its “ask”, or the key objectives it has for engaging with the programme.
The discovery process is designed to ensure we’re working with the business at the right time, on the right challenges, with the right Advisors.
The Delivery phase: what a business can expect from the programme
Mentoring is the delivery framework for Beachheads. By asking the right questions, and identifying ‘what businesses don’t know they don’t know’, Beachheads Advisors can provide guidance that is specific to the business.
How does Beachheads mentoring work?
The business and Advisors work together. They form a value-oriented relationship that looks at the big picture and they start to create a framework for the future.
The business is challenged, not judged, and, by sharing knowledge and experience, a clear strategy for export growth is developed.
