I think New Zealand's ahead of the curve in a lot of ways, they are hungry for innovation. I think there's a real opportunity for New Zealand companies in the United States.

CapPlan from Emendo, capacity planning software that helps hospitals plan, monitor and optimise resources at the right time, allowing for better patient throughput, and cost savings for hospitals.
The future of Warfarin management from INR Online. Warfarin is an oral anti-coagulant that requires constant monitoring. INR Online allows patients to manage their own treatment.
Quantitative Breast Screening from Matakina, a stepped change in breast image analysis through the use of computer-aided detection tools for x-ray screening.
Endoform Infection Control from Mesynthes, a highly effective and ready-to-use tissue substitute for wound care, and soft tissue reconstruction.
Low cost, multiplex, immunodiagnostic test platform, from Pictor. Technology that enables simple, cost effective and simultaneous testing for a range of diseases.
