- Specialist speakers and trainers facilitate the presentation skills session
- Elevator pitch to “Dragons” panel of three experts with experience in investing and/or international marketing at a senior level
- Action plans and coaching
The two half-day workshops are one week apart.

Workshop facilitator
Workshop facilitator Dr. Leith Oliver (PhD, MBA, MPhil) lectures on the University of Auckland’s MBA programme and mentors business owners and managers on the Icehouse Business Growth programmes.
His PhD research focused on facilitated learning methods as they apply to business owners and managers in New Zealand. His previous business experience included 20 years of owning and managing a chain of retail furniture stores, and a manufacturing operation supplying furniture components to distributors in New Zealand, Australia, the Untied States and Japan.
