The agreement includes recommended forms of indemnity, and compensation guidelines for commercially sponsored studies. It was developed in cooperation with the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority, New South Wales Health, and Queensland Health.
The research agreement should assist New Zealand medical technology companies in market with assessing, planning and costing around clinical market activities in Australia.
