MONTEVIDEO: By the end of the year, the Uruguayan government will produce the specifications for a tender on a liquefied natural gas plant in a joint project with Argentina.
The Uruguayan Electric Company will invest US$200 million in a new 300 MW thermal power station, to run on gas.
