Saudi Arabia introduces import tracking service

The Saudi Customs Department introduced a new telephone service for importers to track down their shipments.

It also allows traders to communicate with any point of entry to provide comments, explanations and notes regarding their shipments.

In addition to the above, local traders can inquire about tariff rates for any item through this service.
