Growing your business using information technology and the internet takes careful planning and many businesses are unsure about how to proceed.
New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) offers assistance to small and medium sized businesses through the E-business Guide – a personalised road map to guide you towards e-business success.
Perhaps your business has a website that you think could be improved, or maybe you are still contemplating whether to take your business online.
The E-business Guide is packed full of information and practical advice to help you make these decisions and take your next steps.
Checklists, background information and good practice examples are provided to help you move from your present stage to the next using a ‘learn-as-you- go’ approach. While the self-service Guide allows you to work through your e-business needs at your own pace, an adviser is also available to talk you through the various stages and resolve any problems you may encounter.
You can apply to become an E-business Guide client by logging onto the E-business Guide website. Once you have applied, an adviser will contact you to discuss your specific requirements. If the service is suitable for your business needs, you will become a registered client who can use the Guide at no cost.
