These documents and templates are designed to help clusters incorporate if required. They are the base documents required to establish a cluster as a society under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

Using Clusters
The ClusterMap tool (PDF, 79KB) assists firms and clusters in determining gaps, strategies and key levers for accelerating their development and competitiveness, within a specialist local production system.

The ClusterMap is a draft tool and is currently being piloted in a number of clusters.
