Practical on the ground help with setting up and expanding business is provided by the local Beachheads Project Manager, including:

• Company registration and links to professional services such as accountants, banks or lawyers 
• Connections into Advisory Boards and local business networks 
• Beachhead business development activities on behalf of participants

Strategic and sector focused in-market networking, information and advice services facilitated by NZTE in collaboration with in-market Advisory Board and graduated firms:

• Networking across NZTE and non-NZTE firms to share information
• Sector specific information sharing sessions and practical support towards export focus issues
• Advice services between current and graduated firms
