Beachheads participant IBEX Group of Companies outperformed 22 other finalists to be named the DHL Supreme Exporter of the Year at the New Zealand Export Awards in mid November.

London Perspectives draws a crowd

Over 80 people crowded into the New Zealand House Penthouse on 13 December for London Perspectives, a prestigious networking event hosted by New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) London. The event brought together New Zealand companies operating in the UK market, Beachheads advisory board members, and current and alumni participants in the Beachheads programme.

Chair of Dubai Beachhead advisory board appointed

Mahmoud Haidar is the newly appointed Chair of the Dubai Beachhead advisory board. His appointment was officially announced by New Zealands Economic Development Minister Pete Hodgson earlier in December.

Marcus Scolige has been appointed as Beachheads programme manager in the UK and will be based in New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE)s London office.

A range of new collateral with fresh design and content has been produced for the Beachheads programme including a brochure, a one-page flyer and a new application and guidelines document. Copies will be available through NZTEs Beachheads programme managers in New Zealand and in-market. You can also download a copy of the brochure and one-pager from www.nzte.govt.nz/beachheads
