Our Indian, Middle East and Africa (IMEA) teams are based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates), Mumbai and New Delhi (India), and Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).
Tony Martin is our Regional Director for IMEA, based in Dubai.
Team culture and life in the region
Within the IMEA team, Dubai is our largest location, with our specialist team of around 35 people working across the wider region. Each IMEA location has a distinct set of strategies that align with customer needs in those specific areas.
We’re growing. Our region encompasses 2.6 billion consumers across 69 countries, including emerging markets in locations such as Iran and Africa. This fast-paced expansion takes a lot of creativity and a pioneering approach. A flexible attitude is the key to success for our people working in this region.
Our people enjoy the variety and challenge that comes with moving between offices on secondment and in permanent roles. Our Trade Commissioners often move between countries, taking their incredibly important regional, sector, and network expertise to different markets and locations. We actively promote development opportunities, and the vast number of countries we operate in supports this continuous movement and growth.
Some roles do require you to be able to travel, domestically or internationally - how often you might travel varies according to the position.
