Penny Flynn is an Executive Director, Client Relations at BDO Australia, one of Australia's largest associations of independently owned accounting practices. In her role Penny is involved with enhancing BDO’s service delivery and relationship management approach for key clients.
Penny has an excellent understanding of the business climate in Australia and has developed a large network, which she is able to tap into to add value to clients' business strategy and objectives.
With 30 years’ experience with the Big Four accounting firms and a global law firm, as well as 13 years as an insolvency practitioner, Penny has acquired strong expertise in business transformation, organisational change, sales and marketing.
Penny has a strong interest in people skills development, positive psychology, leadership development and cultural change.
Penny is Chair of the Queensland Museum South Bank Advisory Committee and is the Auckland Representative on the Brisbane Lord Mayor’s Sister Cities Steering Committee.
Penny holds a Liberal Arts degree, a Diploma in Insolvency Law, and a Graduate Certificate in Positive Psychology Coaching.
