Grant is Vice President of Food & Beverage at Louis XIII Holdings Ltd. 

Based in Macau, Grant is Vice President of Food & Beverage, Louis XIII Holdings Ltd. Prior to this, Grant was the Group F&B Managing Director of Lan Kwai Fong Group based in Hong Kong, with responsibility over developing into mainland China. 

Grant has over 30 years’ experience in food and beverage operations, general F&B management in hotels, and private restaurant management in both front and back-of-house operations. With nearly 20 years' experience working in Hong Kong and Macau, Grant has gained a strong sales and marketing background in the F&B industry. He has developed good media contacts in Greater China and extensive knowledge in the wine industry in China and around the Asia-Pacific region. 

His expertise also includes company establishment, along with a network of contacts in legal and trademark policy. 

Prior to his current position, Grant held a series of roles including Operations Director, Pre-opening Manager and then General Manager for Epicurean Management Limited, Wynn Resort Macau (S.A.), and Jimmy’s Kitchen Group.
