Mark Lee is the chair of the China Beachhead Advisors and is the director of Wing Kee Produce Ltd and Shanghai Gourmand Foods.

Mark is the director of Wing Kee Produce, one of the premier importers and distributors of fresh produce and premium food products in Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China. 

With nearly 18 years' business experience, Mark has acquired a deep understanding of requirements and protocols for export to the Hong Kong and mainland China market. 

Mark joined Wing Kee Produce in 1994 and actively took part in sourcing, procurement, sales, distribution, and marketing of premium imported food products. In addition, he manages all aspects of brand launching projects for Shanghai Gourmand Foods; Wing Kee Produce’ s wholly-owned subsidiary company.  

Mark is continually assisting food growers and exporters in various countries to fine-tune their products to suit specifications required for the Hong Kong, Macau and Chinese markets.
