From 2009 to 2016, Carrick was COO/CFO and Director of Rapha, a London-based manufacturer and retailer of premium cycling apparel and accessories. Carrick was responsible for business planning and execution during turnover growth from $10m to $150m and oversaw the company's sourcing, supply chain, distribution, IT, HR, merchandising and finance divisions as well as covering international legal, property and IP issues.
Prior to that, Carrick spent five years heading up Finance and Strategy at Net-a-porter.com, a global online retailer of high-end fashion. During his time at Net-a-porter sales grew from $15m to $150m.
Carrick's career started at Arthur Anderson Corporate Finance in Auckland where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
