Chris Morgan began working in the New Zealand dairy Industry in 1982 as an apprentice fitter welder working mainly on the large scale cheese projects as a contractor to Alfa Laval. Chris joined the Alfa Laval staff as an installation supervisor in the early nineties, and was part of the Tetra Pak transition in 1993. Over the next twelve years Chris worked across all parts of the processing business from project management, to Engineering Manager, TS&S Manager, and Sales Manager before becoming the processing director for New Zealand in 2001. In 2004 Chris and his family moved offshore with Tetra Pak on assignments in both Korea and Japan as Processing Director. In 2011 he became Processing Cluster Leader for NEA&O before repatriating back to New Zealand in 2013 to run the Oceania processing business. Chris began a new assignment in 2016 as Processing Cluster Leader for SAEA&O and has been based in Singapore from February 2017.
