Paul Dibbayawan is the founder and CEO of NZO International Limited.

Paul is a founder and CEO of NZO International Limited which focuses on non-alcoholic multi beverages and prides itself on pure clean water from New Zealand as the base using unique bottle designs and unconventional branding and marketing. 

Paul was educated in Sydney as an accountant, after which he changed career paths and continents several times. He currently lives in Bangkok, Thailand. 

Paul has worked across a variety of organisations, primarily within banking and finance, but was approached from Bacardi to run their newly acquired 42 Below business. He became the global managing director and CEO of 42 Below Ltd, and was responsible Bacardi’s stable of brands within New Zealand, until August 2010.

After three years in New Zealand, Paul was requested by Bacardi to take a new challenge and head up their regional sales function based in Shanghai, China. Paul was part of Bacardi’s Global Sales Leadership team helping drive the global sales strategies within the company.

With 20 years of corporate life and strains of international travel, Paul decided to venture out on his own and become an entrepreneur. Paul currently heads up a multi beverage company called NZO International, which is all about giving people a lease of life and ensuring a healthy balance living.

With Paul’s wealth of corporate and commercial experience he has partnered up with Robert Vanderwall to work on his passion of developing people, teams, culture and strategies under Sage Eight Limited.
