Trade Commissioner and Consul General, New York
Hannah is New Zealand’s Trade Commissioner and Consul General to New York, where she is responsible for promoting and facilitating trade opportunities and strategic relationships for New Zealand companies on the East Coast of USA.
Since joining NZTE in 2013, Hannah has led the design and development of NZTE’s policy, culture and values, and has been integral to ‘The Customer Way’, our process for partnering with New Zealand exporters.
She has a background in marketing, strategy and business improvements. She previously held prominent roles at Mizuno, Icebreaker, and Education New Zealand, working in Japan, Europe and New Zealand.
Fluent in Japanese, Hannah has a degree in International Law from Kobe University, Japan.
