Thailand strived to develop a professional standards framework to recognize competencies and work experiences that would be aligned to the National Qualifications Framework.

#### Why New Zealand?

New Zealand was one of the first countries in the world to develop a national qualifications framework.

#### The outcome

Two successful projects were delivered in 2014 and 2016. Thai staff visited New Zealand to learn first-hand from NZQA, followed by training workshops delivered in Bangkok.
