The Better by Design Study Tour is an invite-only, guided learning experience for New Zealand export companies to experience the culture inside some of the world's leading customer-centred organisations.
On this fast-paced and immersive seven-day tour, participants gain a front-row view of the world’s leading businesses such as Google, Airbnb, Chobani and Allbirds and hear first-hand what it takes to become truly customer-centred and build sustainable cultures of creativity and innovation to stay ahead on the world stage.
This 8-14 September, 2019, we'll be returning to New York City and San Francisco.

Am I eligible?
NZTE Focus customers* are eligible for this service. Ideal candidates are CEOs plus one senior leader to help drive change when you return to your business.
How much does it cost?
$4,000 + GST per person. We recommend two senior leaders per company attend. This fee covers all on the ground costs in New York and San Francisco including transportation, meals and workshop materials during the Tour. It does not include flights or accommodation.
