Taste Buds Digital Cookbook

We've created a first of its kind cookbook 'Taste Buds' matching New Zealand delicacies with Australian flavours to create culinary flavour explosions from both sides of the Tasman. We have taken iconic tastes and products from each side of the ditch and given them to two chefs, an Australian – Clayton Wells and a New Zealander, Analiese Gregory.

Their challenge was to make a dish that features both- creating never tasted before combinations that show off the best of New Zealand's food and beverage against a familiar Aussie flavour. The Taste Buds cookbook features 10 recipes developed by the Kiwi Aussie chef duo.
